Natural polymer-based gravel road sealants applied on unsealed gravel roads at open pit mines to produce a durable, smooth and dust free surface.
The product is applied with water to exterior unsealed gravel roads to optimise dust suppression by binding fine soil particles in order to decrease the mechanical erosive effect of traffic on the road. The Product is ideally suited for secondary roads at any mining operation and can also be applied in residential areas.
The product is diluted in several concentrations for application, ranging from 0.25% to 1% per volume, depending on application frequency as well as road and traffic conditions
